Reserve here for just the tasting menu! When: Monday, March 7th at 5:30pm or 8:30pm Where: Dirt Candy, 86 Allen Street, New York, NY 10002 During this time of year, cozy vibes are often on our mind. We are constantly dreaming of snowy days where we can just cuddle up with a blanket and a hot drink, gaze out the window and relish the serene beauty, surround ourselves with the most picturesque mountains and ski lodges, or bundle up in our warmest clothes and play around outside with family and friends. Living in NYC means that we do not always get to experience the most fantastic snowfalls, but it is still my favorite part of this season - I truly wish it would last for the whole three months! Therefore, I wanted to honor this winter magic with an imaginative menu representing the sights, tastes, and experiences associated with snow, taking you on a joyful, frozen adventure unlike anything you have participated in before! There will be two seatings for this event, one at 5:30pm and one at 8:30pm, both with communal seating indoors and the option for a splendid wine and cocktail pairing. In order to guarantee a completely safe and enjoyable dining experience, we will be requiring proof of vaccination and identification from all guests, which can be in the form of the New York State Excelsior Pass, Covid-19 Vaccination Card, or a photo of your Vaccination Card. Additionally, we will be requiring all guests to show proof of a negative test (either rapid or PCR) with results from no more than three days prior. We understand that testing adds one extra step, but we want to be as careful as possible to not put anyone at risk and know that this is the most certain way to do so. I have wanted to execute a menu all about snow for two years now, and I am so happy that the timing is finally working out right. These dishes are challenging my culinary wit and creativity in some fascinating ways, and it is my pleasure to share them all with you for this exceptional evening!
