When: Saturday, February 7th at 6pm Where: Columbia University Teachers College Syncopated is so excited to be partnering with Gourmand Columbia once again for this special evening celebrating cozy winter vibes with some Valentine's Day inspiration! Last year, we collaborated on an epic Scandinavian spring soirée, and since we had such a lovely time, we figured we should put together another fabulous dinner, only this time embracing the cold with a delicious mix of classic dishes. But of course, we are going to get quite creative, and each one will incorporate our own delightful twists! Come join us for this seasonal, Eastern European, family-style feast featuring five intriguing, hearty, and vegetable-forward courses throughout the night. Our hope is to transport you to an intimate ski lodge in a snowy wonderland for a perfect way to finish off a long day on the alps!
