Chefs Alexis and Ryan at The Cliff!

Event Description

When: Wednesday, September 9th at 5:30pm and 8pm Where: The Cliff, 38 Congress St, Jersey City, NJ 07307 Chefs Alexis and Ryan are very excited to be coming together for our first pop-up dinner collaboration! While most of the time you can find us cooking at Hudson Table in Hoboken or pursuing our own individual catering endeavors, we thought it would be a great idea to combine forces on this occasion. Since both of us love to cook with a seasonal, farm-to-table mindset, the menu we have created will pay homage to the transition from long, sunny days and warm nights to the introduction of cooler, crisp air and those comforting, nostalgic flavors of fall that we all know and love so well. This menu will consist of four courses with a total of six different plates, taking you on a progressive journey from one season to the next, featuring our favorite ingredients from this time of year in some playful and unexpected ways. Every dish will be served family-style, and because The Cliff is BYO, you can bring your favorite whimsical wines to pair with the meal!
